Hi! I'm Arden.

I started XOARDEN on September 12, 2016. My first blog post was about jean skirts, but since then there have been 100+ blog posts about any topic related to fashion I could think of. I try to post as much as I can, but I also have school, a job, and real life to keep me busy. Over the past eight years of XoArden I have been able to dissect the fashion industry and discover what about it truly fuels my passion.

My interest in fashion started when I was 6 years old. My mom, Randi Eiland, worked for Neiman Marcus. I grew up talking to Cruz the guy who serves cookies at the bar, looking at all the ready-to-wear and accessories, listening to my mom and her friends develop and launch CUSP, running through the tunnels at Christmas time, and picking colors for the layouts my mom was working on. I started this blog to have a place to let my creativity run wild. So with that in mind, I hope you dive deeper into this site to learn more about my style, my adventures, my interests, and my favorite things. 

 

I am a senior at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Pursing a double major in the Meadows School of the Arts in Public Relations Strategic Communications and Fashion Media with a minor in Photography, I consider myself a creative, a leader, and a silver-lining seeker. I am a passionate and self driven individual with aspirations of becoming a fashion photographer as well as starting my own Public Relations agency with leading companies in the fashion industry.
